In spite of the spelling fail, I 'too' give it a 5.
guyfox - March 20, 2011, 6:48 pm,
what did I spell wrong?
5150monkeylove - March 20, 2011, 9:47 pm,
I can't find the spelling fail either. Spacing and flow are a little off, but I still love it! 5L
guyfox - March 20, 2011, 10:02 pm,
did he think I meant to say ride
ICEMAN - March 20, 2011, 11:00 pm,
too |tu| - adverb - 1 [as submodifier ] to a higher degree than is desirable, permissible, or possible; excessively : - he was driving too fast | he wore suits that seemed a size too small for him | you're never 'too' big to ask for help
guyfox - March 21, 2011, 12:03 am,
you know what we do to grammar nazis around here you've been here longer than me
5150monkeylove - March 21, 2011, 6:34 am,
spelling error now = grammar error?
Mahomygod - March 20, 2011, 10:07 pm,
the clue is in the comment. :P
guyfox - March 20, 2011, 10:28 pm,
that's more of a grammar issue in which I think I used it right
agdaniele - March 21, 2011, 12:11 am,
easy, guyfox.... we've been quiet for a long time, but there is still a strong underground grammar/spelling nazi presence here. Lot of card-carrying members.
culos - March 21, 2011, 7:07 am,
to big or not to big, that's the question
TheTrashHeap - March 21, 2011, 10:54 am,
"never TOO big TO ask for a little help" "Too" is for "too much". "To" is for "go to" This is like you're and your except even simpler. Grade school kids learn this!
MilDoc - March 21, 2011, 10:54 am,
I love too read all the grammer debates! They are to funny!
TheTrashHeap - March 21, 2011, 10:59 am,
Its not a debate, its a fact. These are not subjective answers here folks. There is only one right way to use certain words. Its not up for debate. The more we ignore grammar spelling, the more we lose our ability to communicate properly.
ICEMAN - March 21, 2011, 2:07 pm,
Mein Gott! TTH & I are in agreement. ;)
What it boils down to is this, if you wish to go through life having people believe you are semi-illiterate because you cannot convey your ideas properly, that is your choice.
