The car came out of a side street, indicating it was probably in town, where most speed limits top out at 35 mph. The motorcycle was going 85 mph. I'd say the idiot on the cycle was more to blame than the person on their cell phone.

She may have been on a cellphone, but the rider was going 85MPH - and she turned out from a side-street. Highways don't have side-streets, so this ja****s was doing 85 on a city street. Don't always blame the motorist. Lot's of drivers ride like morons
