Nice one Moo+. Hey Grey, Desserts, like cheesecake. Not Desert like sandy. Though I guess she could be dried up. And BAD moderators for missing the spell check!
GreyScorpion - April 26, 2010, 9:44 am,
Thanks Mooo+!!, I'll save you seat at the next class. & to the spelling nazi's, if ignorance is bliss, then
you should be some really happy happy people. Deserts is spelled correctly, google it and see, don't be afraid, Mr Dictionary is your friend.
Ed-Hyde - April 27, 2010, 10:39 am,
A desert is a landscape or region that receives almost no precipitation.
Dessert is a course that typically comes at the end of a meal.

The below was the google definition. Darn it all. To be fair, on further research, "Desert" is the spelling used in Shakespeare. Modern usage uses the second s. Well played Grey, well played.
R.S.Jake - April 27, 2010, 11:29 am,
Yes well played Grey, 5 S's for you! Especially because the second s is NOT the "modern usage", but an incorrect spelling and a Spelling Nazi's "achilles heel", Muahahahaha!
