The joke's a Terry Pratchett reference: in [img]The%20Fifth%20Elephant[/img] there's a joke where one of the main characters is the only person who can correctly pronounce the name of the country of Überwald (in fact, the line goes, 'balancing the two dots perfectly').
I would also love to have a Spinal Tap reference, but I can get the dots on top of the N.
