For those uninitiated in Pokemon (i.e. M0rd) Magikarp is a downright terrible Pokemon, jokes are made about how terrible it is in the cartoon and as much as those real life applications that it mentions might be true, in the game it is inherently weak. You only ever have one as a joke or to make it evolve into the badass dragon you saw.

The joke with finding one at level 100 is funny because when it's level 100 it can't level up any more and can never become a giant dragon of awesomeness.

Also, pH 1 is not the most powerful acid, it merely denotes in the logarithmic scale a concentration of 1 x 10^(-1) mol dm^(-3) (Moles per decimetre cubed) of Hydrogen ions. pH 0 and higher exists.

@Jam 1 mole of sulfuric acid is the most corrosive acid but Carborane (Ph -18) is 20 quintillion times stronger than 100% sulfuric acid but it's not as corrosive. which was what I meant.
