Oh, one more thing.

When you stride up to the podium in Stockholm, or Oslo, and accept your award. Don’t forget to add something to your speech like;
‘Gary O’, I kept the fire!’

As for here, now………you couldn’t run me off with a club.

Gary - a barfing addendum:

My brother has a wild animal santuary, big cats & the like. Back when his operation was smaller, he used to buy frozen chicken necks to feed the critters; they contain just the right amounts of pieces/parts to keep 'em fat & happy.

He'd pull several 40 pound blocks from the freezer each day, feed the thawed blocks (in plastic bags) he had pulled the day before; and toss the empty cardboard box onto a pile.

One thawed block got missed in that pile of cardboard, and sit at in that hot shed for who knows how long...

My dog found it, and ate every bit it could manage to gulp down - maggots included. She then came into the house and hurled the pile on my mom's brand new (that very day) carpet.

There was a very huge arguement on who was going to pick it up.

Thankfully the dog did.
