GERMANY THREAD for Germans only, and everybody else

Postby forseti » Wed May 05, 2010 9:46 am

Hey everybody!

Mo²³ made a thread for Canadians and I wonder if here some more Germans too. So we could make some German motifakes for this thread only as it's forbidden for the normal gallery.
If you're German raise your arm! (come on, this one is a must!!)
I spent a lot of money on booze, birds and fast cars. The rest I just squandered.

I lived in Wiesbadden (Air Base) for 2 years. We went to Frankfurt almost every weekend! Loved it! The Red Light District was pretty Amsome!

thx Jake, that's exactly what this thread is for... Praising German hookers... *lol*
So where are the Oktoberfest-visitors which commend our beer??*fg*

btw: i'd say the most famous German red light district is in Hamburg.

I was only there for 2 years, so I really didn't visit too far outside a 30 Minute radius, the Oktoberfests were VERY memorable! At least the first hour or so, kinda hazy after that. I wish now that I had spent more time traveling and visiting other cities and countrys, but all my money was spent on Beer, Hookers, Dungeons and Dragons books, and Warhammer 4000 figurines...and not neccesarily in that order.

ROFL kfd!! Just saw this pic in the queue and hoped it would be approved soon. Thx for posting it here!! It's indeed a German stereotype and I hate it! They stand up early to "reserve" a lounger and come back hours later. I apologize for that! ;)

I bet you do it too :P

When I went to Gran Canaria 13 years ago, my parents would wake me up early in the morning, so I could put our towels on them, to try and beat your lot

two reasons why I wouldn't do it:
1: NO MONEY FOR HOLIDAY!!!!!!!11111 (student! *puke*)
2: Getting up early for me is diametrically opposed to "holiday"! ;)

You lived your life well, Jake! Perhaps you know the quote of George Best (former British football[soccer] player):
I spent a lot of money on booze, birds and fast cars. The rest I just squandered. :mosh:

I'm a student too, and I went last year

But that had something to do with the student loan company owing me a crap load of money, and they gave it to me in one big lump.

And at the time, I was 10, so I had no choice
