It's a play on words.
"No matter how drunk you are..." ("dicht sein" = to be shitfaced, wasted, boozy etc...)
"Goethe was drunker" ("dichter" is the comparative of "dicht" but also the German noun for poet)
Got it?!? :(

Danke. Still trying to learn the language. Not quite there yet.

Gern geschehen.
You don't want to learn a foreign language by puns, do you?
Anyway. I guess it's pretty difficult to learn German - I meet Germans who aren't able to speak it well daily...
If you have questions feel free to message me! My German is probably "perfect" so I could teach most of the rules too.
Perhaps you can teach me some better English
I spent a lot of money on booze, birds and fast cars. The rest I just squandered.

Adolf Hitler... I hate this spazz. Germany's reputation destroyed for evermore from an AUSTRIAN painter. :chair:

Really don't have any idea why he was this deified (and still is by some retards).

Quite simple, he was the wrong guy at the right time. I'm sure I don't need to school you on the history.

It's the simplicity that frightens me...

Speaking of German cars, my first car was a 1963 Volkswagon. Nothing fancy, similar to this one except the paint job wasn't as sharp looking.
