So, back to the subject of this thread.............Does approval of a new motifake depend on which person is reviewing it?

Each poster will get reviewed by whichever Mod is doing it, they're all supposed to be completely neutral but human error and stuff will be responsible for some changes. Just for one example, it's a lot easier to get a chickfake past someone like GreyScorpion or Rerun rather than That One Chick.

Don't worry about that though, if it does get rejected you might try again when another mod is online, but I wouldn't bother personally as it probably won't change much.
