Goat balls... honestly -just like the other items- I now want to try it. Ritual in SA is if you go hunting the first time, you will have to skin the animal and gut it on the spot. Cut off its testicles and eat at least one raw. Nice initiation.

I notice a lot of... well.... balls for dinner here. I'll suggest what we call rocky mountain oysters. These are calf testicles deep fried in a batter and usually served with a ranch dressing or cream sauce for dipping. These are most often found in establishments. I've never seen homemade balls. You can get basically the same thing from sheep. Thay call it sheep fries. I'm sure Axe has at least heard of them. More a southern thing here is the US. Not bad at all if you like battered deep fried anyting.

That actually sounds good shockingly, but I think the ranch dressing will add a lot to the taste. kinda reminds me about deep fried mushrooms (also in batter) served with a salad dressing (something similar to 1000 islands dressing in colour, but a different taste) as a starter
