Then I would be compelled to stab the nurse at the back of her thigh with a sterilised injection containing bromides commonly found in lunatic asylums which would approximate give me 15-20 minutes to drag her unresponsive, limp body into the nearest open broom closet which, depending on the fitness of the nurse, can be accomplished but with great difficulty, in the most ideal conditions... Then I would tell the attractive female receptionist to alert the cleaners that MY room smells a bit funny during which confused commotion I will make my discreet escape into the world and wreak havoc with my dastardly mind... Specific enough for ya...?
