Cheerio

Postby 5butjam » Tue Jul 17, 2012 2:54 pm

It is with a sad and heavy heart that I have to say goodbye. I don't think it'll be permanent but right now I have to take some time out. I've got some personal demons I've got to face and to feel that I need to come back here every day to try and keep on top of frantic posting. I'll probably drop in to read the personal stories thread and be around the rest of tonight but that's the limit for now.

If anybody needs to get in touch with me, drop me a PM, I'm still linked up to my email so I'll be able to respond. I'll be back at some point. Probably.

That's so sad to hear. I haven't been here too terrible long but have come to enjoy seeing ya around the forum. But recognizing you needs some time is a good thing so take the time and we'll be waiting for ya to head back when you're ready.

This isn't because someone picked you as Michael Jackson in the poster is it? teehee

I would insert many a gifs yelling "NO, DON'T DO IT" but I won't. Mainly becauseI can't. But also because I know you handle yourself well. Maybe it's something serious. I don't know. And I don't need to either because I deem you trustworthy, honest and more than capable to overcome any problems involving intellect.

On the side, if it is the "frantic posting" that's really posing an annoyance, I'm sure Kai will join me in saying that we can reduce significantly. It is in no way meant to be repulsive or exclusive. Just ask. We can change. Your life, however, is in your own hands. Only you can wipe out your "inner demons". Furthermore, a few words of wisdom or just an objective opinion from Gary can also help you along the way...

All in all... Good luck. And take my best wishes. Who knows what awaits you... Take care.

And this better not be the last time we talk to each other. I need another Brit to back me up. You can't leave me hangin'... Even if I'm a Scot... :)

Cheerio, fine sir... Cheerio...

Understood.

Appreciate the heads up.

We all have our demons.
We all need some time, sometimes.
No matter what it is, it will either pass or you’ll adapt.

Shoot me a PM if and when you feel the need.

No need to say that you’ve got a lot of long time friends on this site.
But, for the short time I’ve been here, I really have enjoyed your banter on the personal stories thread.
Especially your trait of gentle openness, from early on and throughout.

I’m so very proud of coming to know you, laddie.
Hope I helped some in your philosophy of life.

No need to say ‘keep a fire’ to you.
I know it burns brightly within.

….and if you are out longer than, saaaay, September, you better answer my PM.

Cheers, young mate

This glass I raise for thee

Take it easy Jammy. Good luck with the task at hand, and I'm glad you left the door open to return at some point. I hope to see you then. Cheers.

Take care brother,
I would offer advice, but I'm not exactly an example to live by.

Take as long as ya need, ya come back home when you're ready.

we'll be waiting.

Good luck friend.
