The initial cost is a once off payment of US$10.00 just for MotiNet to register your domain name (The .com or .net part of the URL) after that MotiNet supports your site, and any future sites you might create, for you. You then get any revenue from the Google ads that you posted (or had Mr. M post more specifically) from your Google Adsense account, which can spread and pick up nicely if you have a decent enough site that goes viral.

The site can be anything as long as it follows the standard Moti-net layout. Mr. M only covers the yearly '.com' or '.net' or whatever the case might be cost if it is a site like all the others in the moti-network as far as I know, but feel free to send Mr. M a PM on the matter to find out exactly
