I think that the voting should not be anonymous, amongst registered users. It used to not bother me, but it's ridiculous at this point. EVERY poster I make gets a 1 in the first five minutes. Every one, even the ones that seemed to be well liked. I'd like to know who is the honor-less coward that dislikes me so much. There are guys that have POVs I absolutely hate, but if their poster is good, they get a 5 from me. I think that registered users should not be allowed to vote and not have it noted. I don't know if it's something that Mr.Motifake can do, but I'd like to see it.

Yeah, but then if i were to give you a 1, you'll just give me 1 back. Thats like saying you have to say who you vote for in an election.

Look man, I looked through your high rated, low rated, and middle ranked posters and it looks like everything seems where they should be for the most part there are a few that look like they should be higher; but there's a few that looked over-ranked

The only true solution to this is to learn that 75% of the time, ratings don't reflect the quality of your poster.

Doesn't make it right, but it's a fact of motifake life. We all get bothered by our best work tanking... and I
never wonder "Why?" when mine get ranked low... I'm too outspoken to get universal support. I've been
carpet bombed repeatedly. Just shrug it off.

But whatever the reason, it's the internet... this is how it goes. If you know that your motifake is good, that
is all that counts. You have to trust those who comment. Ratings are fun... but certainly not a scientific
evaluation of each motifake. And Dre makes a good point... all it would create is a 1L war. You aren't going to
change how people vote here... so try not to take it to heart. But, don't think you're alone in that experience.

Ive been toying with the idea of allowing only registered users and facebook users to vote so its visible who voted.
Currently working on some changes to make registration quicker and easier before I can consider it.

I agree with the registering to vote piece, but not with the idea that everyone should know how you voted. If a registered user submits posters that just plain suck ass and I 1-vote them (saaaaaay we get another Jalford or Scorpio7), then I can guarantee that every poster I submit will get the same treatment (not saying from you Jmac...). Some people on the site can't take any criticism and we would have serious flame wars going on all the freakin' time and it would suck the fun out of here like Sean on a helium balloon at his kid's birthday party!

My point is, it just gets old.
I realize it's the internet, and not a school yard, or the old west where talking smack meant you were ready to swing, and one of you would have to go.
