I was wondering:
Would it be possible to remove a poster from
the "Most Votes" list after it gets 200+ votes?

I only ask because the top 84 posters on that
list have already surpassed the 200-vote mark,
and removing them would make said list an
"Incubator", if you will, for the Hall of Fame.

If that's not feasible, could a report be added that
lists posters with between 180 and 199 votes?

Possible, but then the report name would be a misnomer.

Could add a report "Top 100 with most votes (but with less then 200 votes)"

Actually, I was thinking about adding a "potential H.O.F." report.

Posters over 3.0 rating with high vote counts.

But what about the posters that are, oh, let's say, 2.89 with 188 votes?
With twelve 5-lion votes, they're in the HoF! Shouldn't they be on that list, too?
