Sorry I was off topic. 6 of the top 10 most valueable franchises are football. When do I get to a rugby organization? You can try to compare all you want but there is a reason American football draws so much money. It's just better. Plain and simple.

I watched Australian Rules Football a few months ago. I would gladly spend my Sunday watching that all day. It's like Hockey and Rugby together. People say it's the same as Rugby but it isn't. People drop kick people and they play on! Still love football!

and the NFL is not rugby.. the forward pass changes the game. Running full speed over the middle with a safety waiting to take your head off .. there is nothing like that in rugby.

I seriously doubt that there are a lot of 6'6", 265lb rugby players who run a 4.4 40 yard dash. The average nfl career is 3.4 years. They run fast, they hit hard. Are you saying Ray Lewis or Lawrence Taylor couldn't play rugby? These guys are HUGE
