You guys are all wrong...they are soldiers from the Future Combat Systems, Evaluation Brigade Combat Team U.S. army. The controller controls a robot in front of them.

No, they are in the army. Look at the ranger tab on the shoulder. Rangers don't always wear ACUs.

irobot combat robots were modified to be controlled by xbox controllers so that more soldiers could easily use them. for realsies.
