Rational is when the regs make fun it's playful mate we all know Im joking when i make fun about someone's heritage, but when someone we don't know comes along spewing racism, it's bad, really bad.
I think I should clarify why? Been following for a while, just prefer to understand what is and is not acceptable before I even attempt to submit anything. Gotta have a feel for a place/people and that does not happen going to a site once or twice.
