I would hate to think a kid was denied for that reason. The people who benefit from this group don't care where the money comes from. I know my brother & his family didn't, they just needed time away from the hospital, chemo, needles, & pain.

If I was a dying 13 year old, my wish would be for some nookie, without my parents' knowledge! I doubt they accommodate that kind of wish, but why not?

So do I, though I can't stand it when they're like "Sorry, Timmy, no wish for you, we were offered money that we could have used to make it happen, but we turned it down because it was raised by a strip club or other business whose morals we don't like."

Thank You. I was in the US Army 18 yrs and have worked as a contractor the past 10 for the military. I've seen this to many times to count but each time its as heart wrenching as the first.
