I suggest soliciting tips from established motifakers.... this picture is great, and you had the best idea for it possible... just needed a better delivery. High marks for the angle, though.

Mostly the Iraqi ambulances had the red crescent, some had both cross and crescent. Shared-use bases had both. Funny thing about the Iraqis, they would literally (often) only take patients who had cash on them.
