Not only do I doubt that they have, Mark, I bet MOST of them don't know who Cicero was, other than Porky Pig's nephew, or an Illinois community.

While I agree with the sentiment, this is often wrongly attributed to Cicero as it appears in a novel on Cicero's life by Taylor Caldwell. None of this, however, has been found in any of Cicero's writings.
