The shadow government you are referring to left office on January 20, 2009. Pay attention, it was in all the papers

Good Morning Trapper - The "I know you are but what am I?" defense? I haven't heard that one used in a long time.
Elder God Douchebag - March 3, 2009, 7:25 am, #63231
I'd like to hear their definition of "Shadow Government". I can see 'em just fine.
Toussaint - March 3, 2009, 8:32 am, #63260
You're correct EGD. The government is felt, seen and growing like the Blob everyday.
Hakiu - March 3, 2009, 8:46 am, #63268
I wouldn't use Blob, i would use bacteria. It will grow at an exponential rate until all the resources are used up and the system collapses.

AIG saved for the fourth time in six months with another billion dollar ' loan '. Dr. BHO is a crazed scientist.

We can only blame him for the last test tube bail out. The rest belong to his lab a**istants in Congress.

Lame. Big government has been a problem for the last century. Blaming Obama, especially this early, and after George 'Homeland Security' Bush, is atrocious.

And blaming the Depression on Hoover and not Coolidge is a legerdemain idea
agdaniele - March 3, 2009, 5:17 pm, #63400
As long as the government doesn't take away our NSFW b***on....
Motifake Wit Liberation Front - March 3, 2009, 9:45 pm, #63510
It will, if the religious nuts continue to have their way with some political parties and enforce their horrid squalid a***ual robotic existence on the rest of us under the guise of 'morality'. Blech!
Toussaint - March 4, 2009, 5:30 am, #63537
Valid point MWLF. The organized religious front should focus their polemicist agenda on themselves and not umpire the rest of society.
BoneCD - March 4, 2009, 5:38 am, #63539
Actually the Religious Right stole my party...Religion and politics are bad bedfellows. Political Conservatism and Religious Conservatism are 2 completely different objective thoughts.

" Religion is a subject on which I have ever been most scrupulously reserved. I have considered it as a matter between every man and his Maker in which no other, and far less the public, had a right to intermeddle" Jefferson 1813

And as far as blaming a President; It is congress that you should look to. Sure the President has a bully pulpit from which he can sway Congress, and the line item veto hasn't been around that long, but it's....
BoneCD - March 4, 2009, 5:50 am, #63542
Congress plain and simple that passes this trip, and should be held to blame!!! Sure the Dems are the masters of disaster at the moment...but when the Republicans had a majority the **** all over themselves and could act as a unit to right the ship.
